Position

Michael Tschudin primarily works in the areas of Swiss and European competition law as well as public business law and M&A. He heads the ICT/IP/Competition Law practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd.

Michael Tschudin assists Swiss and international companies in all questions of competition law. He represents sanctioned companies in various industries before authorities and courts and advises clients on distribution systems, licenses, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation as well as merger control.

He regularly publishes articles in his areas of expertise in scientific journals. Since 2015, he has been a lecturer on competition law and intellectual property law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
