Position

Beat Stalder is a partner in the Real Estate and Constitutional and Administrative Law teams. He advises companies and private individuals in connection with planning and construction projects as well as on business administration and health issues. He also represents clients before the authorities and courts. Beat Stalder advises government agencies and parliamentary bodies on legislation, produces expert opinions and conducts administrative investigations.

Beat Stalder teaches courses in land-use planning, construction law and expropriation at the University of Bern. He regularly speaks and publishes on land-use planning and construction law.
