Partner, since 2018, specializing in financing and capital market transactions with a focus on advising national and international clients on domestic and cross-border structured debt financing transactions (in particular project financings, acquisition financings and corporate lending), secured finance transactions, restructuring transactions and issuance of bonds. He has extensive experience as counsel to lenders and arrangers as well as debtors and issuers in Austria and CEE.

Leopold completed his studies at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2005).
