Sandro Ratkovic specialises in employment and labour law.

Sandro specialises in labour and employment law, advising Danish and non-Danish businesses in all aspects of employment conditions, including executive service agreements. His consulting often includes incentive schemes, business transfers, collective dismissals and salary requirements in the financial sector.

Furthermore, he assists businesses in interpreting and negotiating collective agreements.

In April 2015, the Danish Berlingske Business magazine nominated Sandro Ratkovic one of Denmark's top 100 business talents under 35.
