Helen is a Legal Director within HCR's Corporate Team. Helen heads up the BRICS team and is a qualified chartered company secretary.
Education
Helen qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary and Fellow of ICSA on 13 June 2018 and is the Chair of the West Midlands Branch of the Chartered Governance Institute.
Helen was called to the Bar in 2006 as a non-practising barrister and cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2011.
