Bird & Bird acted for ST Engineering Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering, on its Series B investment in Skyports Limited, a UK company in the business of designing, building and operating passenger and cargo vertiports to enable safe and efficient flight operations and operates drone delivery, survey and surveillance operations.
