»What drives me is to really find the little details that turn a case into a success story for our clients.«
Dr. Georg Anetsberger represents German as well as international clients in all patent-related matters. He regularly drafts and prosecutes patent applications before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. A specific focus of his work is on opposition and nullity proceedings as well as the enforcement of patents before the relevant German courts, often involving coordination with parallel proceedings in other jurisdictions. He also regularly provides opinions in matters relating to patent law. Several years of interdisciplinary research work in experimental physics, such as laser and semiconductor physics as well as nanotechnology, enable him to cover various technical fields.
Georg Anetsberger has extensive experience with cases in the fields of laser technology, medical technology, electronics, optical storage media, RAM, sports equipment, LTE and other mobile communications standards. Due to his double-qualification as a patent attorney with a university degree in business administration he can particularly factor in strategic business aspects and economic needs when advising clients.
Georg Anetsberger is the author of several scientific publications in the fields of patent law, physics and economics.
