Till Liebau is a partner of the law firm of Oppenhoff. Before joining Oppenhoff, he worked as a lawyer and partner at Graf von Westphalen (2016/2017), CMS Hasche Sigle (2003/2016) and Lovells (2002/2003) in Frankfurt am Main. In 2009/2010 he was a secondee at an investment bank in Frankfurt and London.

Till Liebau is a partner of Oppenhoff. Till Liebau specialises in advising national and international corporate groups, family-run enterprises and financial investors on M&A and private equity transactions. He has particular experience in cross-border investments. Till Liebau has worked extensively for leading W&I insurance providers on their M&A underwritings. Mr. Liebau also extensively advises on group reorganisations and other measures of corporate law.

He studied in Perugia, at Berlin’s Humboldt University and at Edinburgh University.
