Laurenz is a leading Croatian corporate lawyer focusing on international M&A transactions, corporate governance and corporate restructurings in the energy, retail, IT, infrastructure and private equity industries. Laurenz has been advising strategic and financial investors in connection to SPA, SHA and JV agreements, focusing on buy-side mandates in M&A transactions. He also heads the German Desk in advising German-speaking clients. Laurenz received his Magister Juris from the University of Zagreb (summa cum laude) where he was ranked first in class, and his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, focusing on corporate law.
