He has helped design and implemented tax-planning structures for companies, funds and individuals in a variety of industries, including biotech, fintech, mining, energy, real estate, and forestry. He also advises on the tax implications of M&A, debt restructuring processes, and tax-free reorganizations. Ruben is also very experienced in private wealth law advising high-net-worth individuals.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires and Tucumán Bar Associations and member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
