Tom is a London-based US securities partner and Head of the US Securities Group.

Tom represents underwriters, issuers, sponsors and other sellers on cross border (SEC- registered and Rule 144A) equity and debt offerings. Tom has practiced in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore for over 30 years and has significant experience advising issuers, selling shareholders and all the world's major investment banks in the EMEA, emerging markets, the U.S., Africa and Asia-Pacific. He has advised across virtually all industry sectors (including extensively in the real estate sector) on the most transformative transactions for issuers and sellers and is a familiar and welcome face to most of the world’s major market participants transacting IPOs.
