Frixos Hatjantonas is a corporate tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Frixos advises on the UK and international tax aspects of a broad range of transactions, including M&A, debt finance, complex restructurings and private fund formation. Frixos is also experienced in advising on tax disputes and on obtaining bespoke insurance cover for tax liability risks.
