The Law Counsel represented a group of Supreme Court lawyers in a Public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the use of the Pegasus spyware in Bangladesh. The PIL was filed seeking directions from the Court upon the Digital Security Agency in Bangladesh to investigate into the threats to digital security arising out of the use of the Pegasus software and to take necessary remedial measures under the Digital Security Act, 2018.
