  • Advised a large number of housing associations as well as three universities, corporate providers of student accommodation, corporate providers of supported accommodation and individuals on matters relating to the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2024.
  • Acting for Cardiff Community Housing Association on an acquisition of a development site under a Golden Brick contract. The deal involved the land agreement, construction agreements and warranties, and tax advice.
  • Provided regulatory advice to various Welsh social landlords, including on the new Fitness For Human Habitation requirements, property safety including fire safety, LOLER and PUWER, and On Consumer credit as well as reporting requirements to the Welsh government as regulator.
