The work, In tema di questioni di giurisdizione (alla
luce di un recente Momorandum), explores questions of jurisdiction
following the recent
Memorandum from the heads of the three jurisdictions (ordinary, administrative
and accounting) addressed to the President of the Italian Republic.
The article will
appear in the law journal “Il Foro
Italiano” which was established
in 1876 by Enrico Scialoja and is currently edited by Carlo
Maria Barone, Onofrio Fanelli, Roberto Pardolesi and Michele Scialoja.
