Sayenko Kharenko International Trade Practice successfully represented the interests of PJSC “Manufacturing Association “Stalkanat-Silur” in the sunset review of antidumping measures against import of wire ropes originating from China into Ukraine. The review was initiated at the request of PJSC “Manufacturing Association “Stalkanat-Silur”.

The review was initiated at the request of PJSC “Manufacturing Association “Stalkanat-Silur”.
Sayenko Kharenko legal services included, inter alia, preparation of the request for initiation of the review, preparation of the answers to the questionnaire.
Upon the results of the review Sayenko Kharenko successfully proved that the position of the exporters and the economic conditions do not preclude new types of dumping causing injury, as well as the fact that termination of the antidumping duty would arguably entail recommencement of dumping and would cause injury to PJSC “Manufacturing Association “Stalkanat-Silur”.
Upon the results of the review the antidumping duty in the amount of 123 % was extended for the following five years.
