We are pleased to announce that as of July 7, 2020, Hernán Pacheco is the new leader of the legal practice, EY Law for the Latam North (LAN) region that includes the five Central American Countries, Panama and The Dominican Republic, as well as Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.
We are pleased to announce that as of July 7, 2020, Hernán Pacheco is the new leader of the legal practice, EY Law for the Latam North (LAN) region that includes the five Central American Countries, Panama and The Dominican Republic, as well as Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.
Hernán Pacheco is also currently the Managing Partner of EY Law for Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic and the leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance practice groups. Hernán is regarded as one of the most prominent attorneys by recognized publications of the industry, such as Legal 500, International Financial Law Review, Latin Lawyer and Chambers and Partners.
His extensive experience of over 30 years handling sophisticated transactions includes advising both local and international clients. He has also advised and been part of the Board of Directors of different national and regional companies.
