Nataliya Dryuk, co-head of IP, is a recognized expert in intellectual property and civil and commercial litigation. She acts for domestic and international companies in complex and precedent-setting trademark, copyright and patent disputes in biotech, pharma, FMCG, IT, telecom and media industries. She has recently successfully completed a landmark media litigation matter.
Tetiana Kudrytska, co-head of IP, is a well-known experienced attorney with both private and government sectors background and a focus on IP and commercial litigation. She acts for major international and local companies in pharma, biotech, media and IT sectors. She was also one of the key members of the government team that worked on the legislation on the Intellectual Property Court to be launched in Ukraine and the new rules of court procedure in IP disputes. Recently she has successfully completed a series of complex trademark and antitrust cases in pharma and biotech.
Yevgen Levitskyi specializes in local and cross-border civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and criminal aspects of commercial and civil disputes. He advises clients on various aspects of civil, property, commercial, corporate, banking, and international private law. His extensive experience also includes international arbitration proceedings, enforcement of international arbitral awards and foreign court judgements in Ukraine, and search and collection of assets in Ukraine and abroad. Recently Yevgen has successfully dealt with a complex commercial matter related to commercial fraud in a number of jurisdictions.
Michael Lukashenko is particularly focused on private equity M&A transactions: he is experienced in offshore structuring and tax planning and provides legal assistance in the course of portfolio investments and divestments deals. Michael has extensive experience in structuring M&A transactions in various jurisdictions, involving both offshore and onshore vehicles. He supports clients in pre-deal restructuring of a target, advises on legal due diligence and M&A transaction documentation.
Olena Pertsova specializes in corporate disputes and complex litigation, protection from hostile takeovers, banking disputes, as well as administrative disputes. Olena’s track record includes successful cases against Ukrainian public authorities such as the Antimonopoly Committee, the Ministry of Finance, the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization, the National Bank, the State Aviation Administration, the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets etc. She has recently successfully acted for a client in a series of multi-million real estate commercial and administrative disputes.
