We are pleased to inform that Argus Partners has advised Softbank and Tiger Global backed, OfBusiness (a raw material procurement and financing platform for small and medium enterprises), in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in Koeleman India from Koeleman Foods International B.V.
This acquisition marks the foray of OfBusiness in the food processing sector and gives OfBusiness the access to Koeleman’s state-of-the-art food processing unit in Narsapura, Karnataka and its export markets spread across United States, Europe and Australia.
The transaction team consisted of Jitendra Soni (Partner) and Esha Dinesh, Raghuvansh Seth (Associates).
