INTEGRITES keeps sharing experience and expertise with the students of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy:

for the fourth year in a row, the partners of the firm have taught the course “Practical Aspects of Attracting and Taxing Foreign Investments” to the law faculty graduates of the Academy.

The elective course offers a series of lectures and seminars about the regulation of investment activities in Ukraine, forms of implementation and state support of foreign investments, basics on taxation and investment protection tools. The lecturers are Managing partner Oleksiy Feliv, Cross-Border Litigation partners Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov, Tax and Customs partner Viktoriya Fomenko.

Students can choose the course from INTEGRITES out of the faculty syllabus available on the NaUKMA website.

INTEGRITES has developed partnership with the NaUKMA since 2019. It was then that the firm helped to refurbish a learning space for students – an auditorium at the Academy’s Institute of German Law, and in 2020 began teaching an elective course to law students.

Roman Petrov, Professor, Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of International and European Law, NaUKMA“The academic discipline “Practical Aspects of Attracting and Taxing Foreign Investments” taught to the law faculty graduates by the pool of experts from INTEGRITES is an example of innovation and creativity in the master’s law program from NaUKMA. During the course leading law practitioners help students learn valuable theoretical material through the prism of the exciting legal practice.”

Oleksiy Feliv, Managing partner at INTEGRITES, Doctor of Law“For the new generation of Ukrainian lawyers, basic knowledge about supporting foreign investment is of a particular importance, because it will gain relevance in the post-war Ukraine, during its rebuilding. INTEGRITES is humbled and honoured to share the experience our team has accumulated over 18 years of working with international investors. We share the Academy’s values and its will to give students an opportunity to acquire not only theoretical, but also practical knowledge that will come at hand for them in real life.”

INTEGRITES Collaborates with Simmons & Simmons on the Clean Energy Tool

INTEGRITES has contributed new and updated content for the section on Ukraine published in the Clean Energy Tool by the international law firm Simmons & Simmons. The section includes updates on land acquisition and permits, grid access, revenue (routes to market), dispute resolution, structuring and finance as well as a brand new section on the hydrogen sector in Ukraine.
