Tanner De Witt is pleased to announce the advancement of three solicitors to the position of Senior Associate.

The new Senior Associates are:
John Lee, Corporate and Commercial: John specialises in corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and joint ventures, with a special interest in listed companies and related rules and regulations. John also regularly advises on banking and finance matters.
Natalie Lam, Restructuring and Insolvency: Natalie’s experience includes acting in all aspects of company winding-up proceedings, such as appointment of liquidators, claims against directors and related parties; matters in personal bankruptcies,; with experience acting for trustees and bankrupts as well as other interested parties. Natalie regularly works with professional accounting firms and corporate clients in various aspects of winding up and bankruptcy proceedings and advises clients in a wide range of court applications in this regard.
Sharina Mahtani, Dispute Resolution: Sharina has a wide range of experience in advising on civil and commercial disputes. She has advised and represented clients including key industry players on a number of complex and high-profile litigation and arbitration matters across industries including food & beverage, fitness, medical, charity, waste and energy, and legal. Sharina often appears as an advocate at both the High Court and District Court levels and before Judges in Chambers to obtain urgent and/or interlocutory relief.
