Niederer Kraft Frey acted as lead counsel to HYGH AG in connection with its EUR 21.5 million financing round in which Sparta Capital Management provided debt and equity financing.
The capital from this financing round is intended to drive expansion: within the next twelve months, HYGH plans to be present in the 15 largest German cities.
