Homburger acted as counsel to ARYZTA AG in its capacity as borrower in connection with its CHF 71.8 m and EUR 60 m senior term facilities, coordinated by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.

Homburger advised ARYZTA AG with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
