Vadym Kizlenko and Andrii Konoplia joined Ilyashev & Partners in 2010.
Vadym Kizlenko specializes in Insolvency and Dispute Resolution. He has 15 years of experience in handling complex and high-profile bankruptcy cases at various stages with a positive completion, including through the redemption of all claims of creditors, as well as by signing the settlement agreement with creditors.

Vadym Kizlenko acts as an Insolvency Receiver in a large number of cases and is officially certified to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state.
Andrii Konoplia is also a Co-Head of Dispute Resolution Practice. For more than 25 years, he has been handling bankruptcy proceedings of large debtors at various stages and major loan disputes and has experience in the most complex financial restructurings. Specializes in banking, contractual, corporate and creditors’ rights defense disputes, bankruptcy and debt restructuring cases. He has extensive experience in coordination and personal participation in the support of legal disputes in Ukrainian courts of all jurisdictions and instances, including the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
