2 January | New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised JK Tyre & Industries Limited (“Issuer”) on its qualified institutions placement of approximately USD 61 million. The issuer filed the preliminary placement document and the placement document with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 19 December 2023 and 22 December 2023, respectively.
JK Tyre is one of the leading tyre manufacturers in India with a wide range of products catering to diverse business segments including, truck/bus, light commercial vehicles (“LCV”), passenger cars, multi-utility vehicles (“MUV”) and tractors.
