ABNR’s USD 9.6-billion Garuda Indonesia restructuring deal was named International Financial Law Review (IFLR)’s Restructuring Deal of the Year 2023 at a glittering ceremony in Singapore on Wednesday, March 22.The deal, which was one of the largest ever court-sanctioned restructurings in Southeast Asia, was approved by the court in June 2022.
The ABNR team was headed by partner Mr. Emir Nurmansyahand included partner Mr. Kevin Sidharta, foreign counsel Mr. Theodoor Bakker, senior associate Mr. Bilal Anwari, and many other ABNR lawyers.
