We are pleased to announce that Adrienne Sena and Ng Yee Lin have been promoted as Senior Associates, effective 1 November 2023.
Adrienne practices civil and general litigation, with a focus on employment law. Adrienne has represented clients as junior counsel in various disputes such as employment law matters, judicial review against public decisions, contempt of court proceedings and defamation claims.
Yee Lin is active in the fields of tax litigation, civil and commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Yee Lin has acted for taxpayers in various tax matters against the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, the High Court and the Court of Appeal, and has acted as a junior counsel in various arbitration and adjudication proceedings in construction-related matters.
We also wish to congratulate Chong Jen Hui, who was promoted as Senior Associate earlier this year, effective 1 March 2023.
