Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm advises the Charity Lab Foundation on national and international issues of conducting activities and development.
The Charity Lab Foundation’s goal is to make innovative technological solutions available for non-profit organizations, which will result in the unification of philanthropists, retailers, and foundations into a single ecosystem that will generate charity and create new opportunities for humanitarian initiatives to expand.
Ilyashev & Partners provided the Charity Lab Foundation with legal support in the process of registering a charitable organization in Ukraine, developed a contractual framework for the activities of the foundation and work with volunteers, attracted foreign counterparties for consultations and development of a contractual framework for international activities, and continues to support the ongoing activities of the foundation as a legal partner. Legal advice on the whole range of legal services is provided by the firm on a pro bono basis. Ilyashev & Partners’ team is working on the project under the supervision of Mikhail Ilyashev, Managing Partner who joined the initiative as an ambassador.

The Charity Lab Foundation is currently working on creating a unique charity platform that combines fundraising and a loyalty program for benefactors. The platform will expand fundraising programs with a variety of marketing tools, including gamification, collecting, interactive reports and augmented reality educational initiatives. Currently, over 30 organizations from the UK, the EU, and Ukraine are participating in the platform development and providing their services and technologies for free. Over 60 volunteers have joined the project as well.
