A GSK Stockmann team led by partner Robert Korndörfer provided comprehensive legal advice to akquinet GmbH on its acquisition of C3 Consulting Group GmbH.
The buyer, akquinet GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, is an internationally active IT service provider based in Hamburg. The C3 Consulting Group is a specialist in the enterprise resource planning software Infor. The company focuses on digital transformation projects for customers in the manufacturing, retail and service sectors. C3 is also Germany’s largest provider of Infor LN, a cloud-based ERP system specifically for the manufacturing industry.
The acquisition of C3 rounds out akquinet’s service portfolio for ERP software and, following the acquisition of Maximum Solution Consulting Group (MSC) last year, makes akquinet one of the leading Infor providers in Europe.
