Raue successfully advised the shareholders of planworx AG on their merger with Purple Digital Storytelling. Shareholders in Purple Digital Storytelling include Holland Capital. The merger of the two companies creates a new type of creative conglomerate under the umbrella brand The Storytelling Group, expanding the range of digital experiences and interactive storytelling on a global scale. The collaboration aims to internationalise services in live events and permanent installations and enable a new kind of digital storytelling.
Planworx is renowned for its pioneering brand experiences, while Purple has built a reputation for excellence through the development of digital storytelling software and the design and delivery of internationally acclaimed experience centres.
