New Delhi, India, August 20, 2024: Saraf and Partners is pleased to announce the joining of Adil Ladha as a Partner in its corporate practice, based in Mumbai.
Adil has over 13 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory and employment matters. He has worked across various sectors, including pharma and healthcare technology, media, consumer, education, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Saraf and Partners, Adil has worked with J. Sagar Associates and Quillon Partners.
