ARQIS has advised Toyota Tsusho Europe SA on the foundation of a new joint venture „SympH2ony” with Messer SE & Co. KGaA.

Toyota Tsusho Europe is an European subsidiary of one of the major Japanese trading companies, being active in various business fields, among others in the development of value chains in the mobility sector. Messer is a specialist for industrial gases with a long-standing hydrogen experience.

The newly founded joint venture SympH2ony offers clean mobility solutions for vehicle fleets based on clean hydrogen, zero-emission vehicles, hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen supply (with optional on-site production of H2) as well as the services required for reliable operation.

By this, the joint venture offers private and public fleet operators the opportunity to safely achieve their goals for emission-free mobility.
