Stephenson Harwood LLP’s alliance firm in Singapore, Virtus Law LLP, has strengthened its corporate practice with the arrival of partner Eunice Yao.

Eunice has extensive experience advising on matters relating to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and FinTech. She supports on initial public offerings, equity and debt fund raising for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, and company secretarial matters. As well as working in private practice, she also has notable experience working in-house with the largest consumer bank in Singapore.
