E+H is pleased to announce that Wolfgang Köfer has been admitted to the bar and is working for E+H as an independent lawyer/permanent substitute with immediate effect.Wolfgang Köfer began his career at E+H during his studies, as an intern and student assistant. From 2018, he was an associate at E+H, initially at the Graz office and from 2019 in the Vienna office. Wolfgang Köfer is part of the Corporate + M&A and Real Estate practice groups and advises domestic and foreign clients on complex M&A and real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, and all aspects of real estate and corporate law.
Wolfgang Köfer studied law at the University of Graz. During his studies, he gained valuable experience through numerous internships in Austria and abroad. These included his work in another prestigious Viennese commercial law firm and his time as a trainee at the Austrian Foreign Trade Center in Istanbul.
