EQT, together with its co-shareholders, has agreed to sell Open Systems to Swiss Post.Open Systems is a leading provider of network and cyber security capabilities in a single cloud-based platform known as Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
