Cherry Ventures leads Voliro’s USD 12m series A investment round

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Cherry Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Berlin, London and Stockholm, on its series A investment in Voliro AG.

Voliro is a leading innovator in aerial mobile robotics. With the closing of the USD 12 million series A investment round, Voliro plans to advance its mission to transform industrial inspections, maintenance and repair work with aerial robotics.

The NKF team was co-led by Corporate/M&A partners Andrea Giger and Philip Spoerlé, working with senior associate Katalin Siklosi, associate Manuel Hirlinger and junior associate Norina Frey (all Corporate/M&A), partner Janine Reudt-Demont (Life Sciences/Intellectual Property), senior associate Sven Kälin (Tax) and associate Daniela Lötscher (Employment).
