Paroli Fossa e Associati Studio Legale e Tributario announces the entry of Giorgio Minardo as a new Senior Associate dedicated to the development of Banking & Finance and Listed Companies area.
Giorgio Minardo is an expert in tax field with a long career in UniCredit S.p.A., where since 2021 he was Responsible of Vat and indirect taxes within the Global Team of the Group Tax department.
Previously, he was Head of “Team Vat Compliance & Advisory” and held roles in the Group Internal Audit, within the Unit “Financial and Regulatory Reporting Processes”.
In addition, he was Head of Tax Affairs in UniCredit Leasing S.p.A.
Prior to joining UniCredit, he worked for KPMG tax consultancy firm in Milan and managed his own professional firm.
He graduated in economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and got a Master degree in tax law (Infor), he is Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor.
The entry of Giorgio Minardo allows the Firm to grow, in particular by developing the Tax consulting area in Tax Banking & Finance and large listed companies, integrating the Team with a professional with great experience and high standing gained in the field.
