Dimitrijević & Partners proudly announces the participation of our Senior Partner, Stevan Dimitrijević, as a distinguished panelist at a high-level discussion held by Young ICCA in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka. The event, titled “Arbitration and Litigation – Are They Friends or Foes?”, brought together esteemed legal experts and academics to examine the interplay between arbitration and litigation.

The panel featured notable speakers from Hungary, including attorney Dániel Dózsa, and from Austria, Stefan Dobrijević, fostering an international perspective on the risks, benefits, and practical considerations when choosing between litigation and arbitration. Topics included the complex relationship between courts and arbitral tribunals and their roles before, during, and after arbitration.

The success of the event is attributed to the invaluable efforts of moderators and organizers: Professor Zoran Vasiljević, Senior Research and Teaching Assistant Irena Radić, Attorney at Law Dragana Nikolić, and Derviš Klokić. Their dedication contributed to a thought-provoking and engaging discussion.

Dimitrijević & Partners extends its gratitude to Young ICCA and the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka, for the opportunity to participate in the first-ever Young ICCA event in Banja Luka. We also thank the attendees who made this an inspiring debate, reinforcing our commitment to advancing legal knowledge and international collaboration.
