SNG & Partners advised a large global multinational bank in India in relation to green loan facilities amounting to INR. 200.00 Crores sanctioned to Vikas Telecom Private Limited for its green project “Embassy Tech Village” at Bengaluru.
SNG provided legal advisory, documentation support and assisted in negotiating and finalizing the facility and security documents. SNG team coordinated well with the lender, existing lenders and the borrower to finalize documents in a timely manner.
