AFD China has been assisting clients filing patents in 76 countries and regions, and established business contacts with nearly 1,000 law firms in the United States, Germany, Britain, France, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Russia, Singapore, India, Brazil, Africa and other countries and regions, and maintained close cooperation with more than 200 reputable firms in these countries and regions. In addition, the cooperation covers a broad spectrum of areas, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, customs recordal, infringement litigation and other IP-related legal matters.

Each year, AFD China assists clients draft, prepare and file thousands of patent applications with the China IP Administration and overseas IP Offices; provides legal services for opposition and invalidation proceedings; provides search and analysis opinions; assists client enterprises to plan and establish patent management and protection systems. We also offer consulting services and technical support for the sale and export of patented products; provide information about domestic and overseas intellectual property rules and environment, early warning analysis services, in order to give solid support for our clients to stand in the markets.

In the Patent Cooperation Treaty Yearly Review 2018, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ranked for the first time external agencies in term of the number of the filed PCT applications, and AFD China ranked first in the world with 3,256 applications.
