AKD has taken on Nicolas Bonora to strengthen its Banking & Finance practice in Luxembourg. Nicolas brings over 15 years of experience specialised in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and fund finance. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in high-yield notes issuances, debt restructurings, distressed financings and security enforcement.
