Niederer Kraft Frey advised Axpo Holding AG on a JPY 42,000,000,000 (around CHF 250,000,000) Samurai loan for the financing of the company’s current business and growth initiatives, such as renewable energy projects in Switzerland and abroad. The financing is linked to sustainability performance indicators, relating to the expansion of renewable energies, the proportion of women in management positions and the number of apprentices employed.
