The shareholders of terreActive and Post entered into and consummated a share purchase agreement regarding the sale of a majority stake in terreActive.
The Aarau-based terreActive is a leading company for cybersecurity solutions with about 90 employees.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction.
