The publicly listed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) is investing in the internationally established consulting firm UNITY AG – Aktiengesellschaft für Unternehmensführung und Informationstechnologie (UNITY AG).
A fund advised by DBAG has acquired a controlling interest in UNITY AG, although the transaction is still subject to approval by antitrust authorities.
Bär & Karrer is acting as legal advisor to DBAG on this investment, in collaboration with Flick Gocke Schaumburg as German tax advisor and Renzenbrink & Partner as legal advisor.
