“ELP advised Bharat Forge Limited (BFL) on its acquisition of JS Auto Cast Foundry India Private Limited (“JS Auto”), a Coimbatore based casting and machining Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary – BF Industrial Solutions Limited (“BFISL”) for an undisclosed amount. Closure of the deal is subject to completion of mutually agreed condition precedents as part of the transaction document.
