BHSM LLP are delighted to announce the appointment of Conor Mac Nally as Partner and Head of Banking & Finance (pictured right).
Conor joined BHSM LLP in 2018 as a Senior Associate and works with our Banking & Finance Department, having spent a number of years in the Banking and Financial Services Department of an international Law Firm in Dublin.
Conor advises most of the top lenders in the State and beyond, whether pillar banks, alternate or private equity lenders on all forms of finance. Throughout his career he has worked with clients through the lows of the financial crash, the recovery, the return of interest rates and continues to advise on all in between.
In addition to acting on Irish deals he regularly acts for international lenders when lending into Ireland or dealing with Irish assets.
Conor is a ranked legal practitioner in the IFLR1000 EMEA Legal Guide for Banking & Finance.
