Binder Grösswang advises Addnode Group AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden) on the acquisition of PRIME Aerostructures GmbH (based in Klosterneuburg, Austria).
Addnode Group acquires, operates and develops innovative companies in the field of digitalisation and is a leading global provider of software and services for design, construction, product data and facility management, and also supports the public sector with solutions for document and case management.
The acquisition was made via Technia, a subsidiary of the Addnode Group, which operates in the Product Lifecycle Management division. The signing took place on 13 June 2024 and the closing on 8 July 2024.
The Binder Grösswang deal team was led by Corporate / M&A Partner Andreas Hable, Corporate / M&A Senior Associate Vilma-Reeta Maarit Kivilahti and Corporate / M&A Associate Michael Mittermair.
