Buenos Aires, November 2, 2020. Today Bomchil announced the incorporation of Pablo J. Alliani, Fernando L. Brunelli and Cristian A. Galansky as partners, and Alejandro D’Onofrio as of counsel.
Along with a group of associates, Pablo, Fernando, Cristian and Alejandro join Bomchil from Alliani & Bruzzón, a leading player in the oil and gas industry, with unparalleled reputation and track-record, with clients in exploration, production, transportation and refining. In addition, they bring solid experience in the mining sector in Argentina, where Alejandro has been a well-known specialist for the last two decades. The team share Bomchil’s strong work ethics, attention to detail and client-driven orientation, which have been key to the firm’s success.
“We are excited to incorporate a top-tier practice in areas that are called to play a key role in the Argentine economy in the coming years,” said Javier Petrantonio, Bomchil’s Managing Partner. “Their unmatched experience in these sectors is an ideal complement to our strength in the administrative law and transactional practices, and entails an important step in our growth and modernization strategy.”
“It is not easy to leave a long established boutique practice” said Pablo. “However, Bomchil’s superb reputation, combined with its multidisciplinary platform and formidable team of lawyers, was really attractive and makes it the best next step for our group.”
