The founders of Sensore Electronic GmbH, a manufacturer of zirconia oxygen sensors used in a wide range of critical applications, have sold all of their shares in the company to Process Sensing Technologies.

Sensore is an Austrian company that was founded in 2010 and has since become a premier manufacturer of highly precise oxygen sensors.

Process Sensing Technologies is a global manufacturer of sensors for precision measurement and is held by two private equity companies, AEA Investors and Battery Ventures.
