Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advises 12 STOREEZ and the founders of this Russian apparel brand on the private equity deal with Baring Vostok Capital Partners Fund.
Founded in Ekaterinburg in 2014, 12 STOREEZ now operates 35 stores across Russia and is continuing its dynamic expansion, inter alia, on leading global fashion platforms: in 2021, it became the first Russian brand to partner with Farfetch, an international fashion marketplace.
For 12 STOREEZ, having Baring Vostok among the company’s shareholders highlights a new development stage and is, according to its co-founder and CEO Ivan Khokhlov, “an important move toward institutionalising the business”.

The Baring Vostok funds focus on private equity investments in Russia and the CIS and currently have over USD 3.7 bn of committed capital.
